We spare no effort in making everything by hand, preparing each skewer in-house and grilling them over high-quality binchotan charcoal to create an exquisite dish! We also have a wide variety of fresh seafood, and we are confident in the taste of our sashimi platters and other dishes!! Furthermore, we are particular about using soy sauce from Kumamoto Prefecture and our secret sauce!!!
